In part two of this two-part episode of Keeping Tabs with CULNC, Laura V and Sarah L talk more about their experiences of serious injury and the mental challenges of missing out on playing netball, and of perservering with the slow and tough process of recovery. They also compare being injured earlier in life with getting injured whilst living independently at university and the additonal challenges this presents. They consider why they think injury prevention work is important for everyone and how this might be implemented as part of our training.
Cambridge University Ladies’ Netball Club
CULNC is one of the largest and most successful women’s sports clubs at Cambridge University. It is a highly competitive club, with 4 university teams as well as running the College Netball League and Cuppers.
