Preseason Training
Preseason sign-up 2026 is not yet open. Watch the space! Please contact our Club Captain with any questions!
Preseason training for the 2026/2027 season will run from 21st September to 4th October. This is aimed at those interested in playing netball for the university, with social netball being run during term time at the college level. During preseason, there will be netball training sessions with our coaches, fitness sessions, and lots of social activities. This is a great way to get to know some of the returning players and prepare for trials. Training sessions will take place at the University Sports Centre. To cover the costs of coaching and court hire, there will be a preseason fee based on the number of weeks attended.
We will be answering pre-season FAQs and have live updates on our Instagram (@cambridgeuninetball), so make sure to give us a follow! There is also answers to FAQs on our website, which can be found here.
Please email our club captain, Nat (captain@culnc.org), to obtain the summer fitness programme or if you have any questions at all.
Trials
Registration for 2026 trials is not yet open!
More information about our trials and Selection Policy can be found here, all information is held in line with CULNC’s Privacy Policy. We recommend that all players read the selection policy before signing up for trials. Also, all trialists should take time to read through our Safety Policy, Welfare Policy and the CULNC Code of Conduct, which can be found here. As we are a student-run club, we ask for a trial fee to pay for the umpires and court time. We operate on a NO PAY, NO PLAY policy.
Trials are open to all, and triallists often have a varying range of netball experience. However, please note that these trials are for those who are looking to represent the university in netball, and unfortunately, we are unable to select everyone. Social netball is available via the mixed and women’s college leagues; please contact your college netball captain to find out more details.
