Preseason training will begin on Tuesday 21st September and ends on Sunday 4th October 2020. In these weeks there will be four Netball training sessions with our coach Helen Stepney, fitness sessions, and lots of social activities. This is a great way to get to know some of the returning players and prepare for trials. Training sessions will take place at the University Sports Centre.
Everybody is encouraged to sign up, including incoming freshers! Please note that we plan to run our sessions as safely as possible, in accordance with PHE guidelines, but players sign up to preseason training at their own risk.
Please note that sign up for preseason is now closed.
Please email our club captain Ciara (email@example.com) to obtain the summer fitness programme or with any questions.
The date for the upcoming trials is Thursday 8th October between 1 and 5pm. Please make sure you register by signing up below with your Name, College, Netball experience and 1st and 2nd choice positions. As we are a student run club, we ask for £5 trialing fee to pay for the umpires and court time. We always have a massive range in experience, from school netball to Superleague and all members of the University are eligible for trials. Unfortunately, we cannot take on everyone. However, we run both Mixed and Women’s College netball leagues which can be accessed through your own College.
